FREEDOM
FROM ALCOHOL
IN JUST 60 DAYS

A clear mind.
A detoxified body.
A recharged spirit.
A new you.

how it works

#1: NO COLD TURKEY QUITTING

Students will be taught how to slowly & safely taper their drinking down to zero drinks over the course of 10 days to 2 weeks.

A drama-free tapering process re-establishes control & makes you
ultra-conscious of your own behavior.

This process is easier than you might imagine.

#2: FREQUENT ACCOUNTABILITY CALLS

We will have group calls, 2x per week. These calls will be recorded, and available for playback on demand.

And yes, you can attend both calls every week.

#3: REFRAMING OUR ADDICTION

Most addicts are working under a great many false assumptions. Gaining clarity about ourselves & our behavior is key to kicking the habit.

You are not powerless over alcohol. Rather, you have old (and sometimes toxic) “operating systems” that desperately need defragging and updating.

#4: INTRODUCE SUPPLEMENTS

We will implement herbs & supplements during both
your tapering process and your abstinence process.

None of these are experimental - all of them are safe, tried & true.

#5: ADJUST DIET

Unlike many programs, we will dive deep into your diet & nutrition regimen.

Once you stop drinking, your diet will affect your mood.

#6: RECALIBRATE LIFESTYLE

We will examine your daily routines & social life, making productive changes that reflect The New You.

New you, new life.

#7: UNPACK OLD BAGS

Throughout our lives, we take literal & metaphorical "trips",
packing emotional "bags" for every one of them. When these trips end, our "bags" don't always get unpacked.

Our "unpacked bags" are often at the heart of why we drink abusively.

AT THE END OF OUR 60 DAYS,I GUARANTEE YOU WILL BE A VERY DIFFERENT PERSON.
