Welcome to The Alcohol Freedom Process ("AFP")!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AFP website located at [your website address] (the "Website") and the coaching services offered by AFP (the "Services"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Website or Services.

As it appears in these terms & conditions, ”AFP” refers to “AWAKE COACH”, “GREAT AWAKE COACH”, “IFP AMERICA, INC” and any staff/employees of the above.

By accessing or using the Website or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Services Offered

AFP offers individual and group coaching programs designed to help clients recover from alcohol addiction. These programs are for educational purposes only and do not constitute professional mental health care or medical care.

Payment Terms

Clients can pay for Services upfront at a discounted rate or in installments at a slightly higher price. There are no refunds for the Services. However, if a client cannot complete their program, AFP may hold their spot for the next program or allow them to move remaining time into one-on-one coaching (depending on the package purchased).

Website Use

Currently, website content is not available for download without enrolling in a program. AFP reserves all copyright ownership of website content. We use squarespace.com to host our website; please find their privacy & legal policies HERE.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and service marks, on the Website and the Services, are owned by AFP/IFP AMERICA, INC.

Disclaimers and Limitations

The Alcohol Freedom Process is for education only. There is no expectation or guarantee of success. AFP is here to teach you everything you need to know about quitting alcohol, but we cannot be there to physically prevent you from drinking.

Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed, please seek professional help from a counselor.

AFP limits its liability for damages arising from the Services. Please refer below to the "Liability Limitations" section below for the full scope of this limitation.

Liability Limitations

"All coaching services and communication email or otherwise, delivered by ALCOHOL FREEDOM PROCESS as well as information on this website ALCOHOLFREEDOMPROCESS.com are meant to help you identify the areas in your life and in your thinking that may be standing in your way.

However, coaching is not professional mental health care or medical care. If you feel psychologically stressed to the point that it is interfering with your ability to function, please have the courage to seek the help you need in the form of a professional counsellor.

Coaching may augment your therapy, but the work of coaching is meant to be done when major emotional and psychological wounds are already healing or healed. In that spirit, by purchasing coaching services from AFP, you confirm that you have read and agreed to each statement and that you wish to proceed:

• I understand that the coaching services I will be receiving from AFP are not offered as a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care and are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any mental health or medical conditions.

I also understand that AFP is not acting as a mental health counsellor or a medical professional.

• I understand that coaching is, at present, an unregulated industry and that AFP is not licensed by any internationally recognized regulator. I also understand that for all legal purposes, the services provided by AFP will be considered to be provided from any remote location worldwide or otherwise in the United States.

• I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my well-being during my coaching sessions, and subsequently, including my choices and decisions.

• I understand that coaching is not a substitute for counseling, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care or substance abuse treatment, and I will not use it in place of any form of therapy.

Coaching Disclaimer & Waiver:

• I understand that all comments and ideas offered by AFP are solely for the purpose of aiding me in achieving my defined goals. I have the ability to give my informed consent, and hereby give such consent to my coach to assist me in achieving such goals and aims.

• I understand that to the extent our work together involves career or business, AFP is not promising outcomes included but not limited to increased clientele, profitability and or business success.

• I understand that AFP will protect my information as confidential unless I state otherwise in writing. If I report child, elder abuse or neglect or threaten to harm myself or someone else, I understand that necessary actions will be taken and my confidentiality agreement limited in this capacity.

Furthermore, if AFP is ordered by a court to provide information or to testify, they will do so to the extent of that the law requires.

• I understand that the use of technology is not always secure and I accept the risks of confidentiality in the use of email, text, phone, Skype and other technology.

• I hereby release, waive, acquit and forever discharge AFP, any agents, successors, assigns, personal representatives, executors, heirs and employees from every claim, suit action, demand or right to compensation for damages I may claim to have or that I may have arising out of acts or omissions by myself or by AFP as a result of the advice given by AFP or otherwise resulting from the coaching relationship contemplated by this agreement.

I further declare and represent that no promise, inducement or agreement not expressed in this agreement has been made to me to sign this agreement. This agreement shall bind my heirs, executors, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and agents."

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be settled by binding mediation in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (http://www.adr.org/). The mediation shall be held in Sheridan, WY and the decision of the mediator shall be final and binding on the parties.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations and rescheduling of sessions will be at AFP's discretion. Repeated rescheduling or cancellations may result in additional charges.

Guarantees

AFP does not offer any money-back guarantees for the Services.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AFP regarding the use of the Website and the Services.
