Welcome to The Alcohol Freedom Process ("AFP"), offered by Awake Coach, IFP America, Inc., and its staff/employees (collectively, "AFP," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or participating in the AFP website, group program, or services (the "Services"), you agree to these Terms, Conditions, Disclaimer, and Waiver.

Services Offered
AFP provides educational group coaching programs to support clients in achieving an alcohol-free lifestyle and personal reinvention. Services are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute professional mental health care, medical care, substance abuse treatment, or therapy.

Psychedelics Disclaimer
AFP may include educational discussions on psychedelic topics for informational purposes only, drawing on publicly available research. AFP does not provide, facilitate, recommend, endorse, or condone the use, purchase, possession, or ingestion of any psychedelic substances (including but not limited to psilocybin, MDMA, or others classified as Schedule I under federal law). Participants are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws. AFP is not liable for any actions taken based on these discussions.

Payment Terms
Payments may be made upfront (discounted) or in installments (higher total). No refunds except as noted in "Guarantees." If you cannot complete the program, AFP may (at its discretion) hold your spot for a future cohort or transfer remaining value to one-on-one coaching.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and intellectual property in the Services are owned by AFP/IFP America, Inc. No unauthorized downloading, sharing, or reproduction.

Confidentiality
AFP protects your information as confidential, except where required by law (e.g., court order, report of child/elder abuse, or threat of harm to self/others). Technology (email, Zoom, etc.) is not always secure; you accept these risks.

Disclaimers

• Services are not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical care, or licensed therapy. Seek professional help if needed.

• Coaching is unregulated; AFP is not licensed as a mental health or medical provider.

• You are fully responsible for your well-being, choices, decisions, and actions during and after the program.

• No guarantees of outcomes, success, or specific results.

• Discussions (including psychedelics) are educational only; AFP does not diagnose, treat, or cure any conditions.

Waiver and Release
By participating, you confirm you have read and agree:
• Services are not medical/mental health care.
• You are responsible for your health and decisions.
• You release, waive, and discharge AFP, its agents, employees, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation, advice, or the coaching relationship. This waiver binds your heirs, executors, and assigns.

Liability Limitations
AFP's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. You participate at your own risk.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
Governed by Wyoming law. Any disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Sheridan, WY, under American Arbitration Association rules.

Cancellations & Guarantees
Session changes at AFP's discretion. No money-back guarantees until full program completion.

These Terms constitute the full agreement.
